That’s why we’ve proudly made a £450 donation to The Myton Hospice, a contribution that covers the cost of providing a hospice bed for one full day.
This donation is part of Myton’s vital “Gift of a Hospice Bed” initiative, helping provide essential end-of-life care to patients across Coventry and Warwickshire.
Why Hospice Beds matter
The impact of hospice care extends far beyond medical treatment. Myton’s hospice beds offer:
- Specialist palliative care from a multi-disciplinary team
- Pain and anxiety management
- A safe, dignified, and peaceful environment for patients and their families
Yet demand for these services is rising sharply. In fact, 3 in 5 people on Myton’s waiting list may sadly pass away before receiving the care they urgently need. This reality drives Myton’s latest campaign to encourage local businesses to support hospice beds directly.
Our role as a local business
Being based in Coventry, we understand just how vital Myton’s work is to our region. As a family-run engineering and metal fabrication company, we’re proud to play our part in ensuring these services remain available and more importantly, free of charge to those who need them most.
We recognise that the strength of a community lies in how we support one another. Donating to causes like Myton allows us to turn our success into something more meaningful and help others through the most difficult moments in life.
